Ultraviolet Sterilizer

A versatile UV disinfectant

Ultraviolet disinferators are widely used as general purpose equipment that is widely used as back-end treatment facilities in the low and wastewater treatment facilities and in the area of reuse of heavy water. Our own auto-cleaning and auto-filtration functions for water treatment allow ultra-viological disinfection as well as removal of fine organic matter from the existing UV disinfection device.

Ultraviolet Disinfectant (Filter Type)

Device characteristics

  • It can be installed in a place with a small vertical site.
  • It has some expensive filtering features and does not require duplicate specifications.
  • Maintenance costs are relatively inexpensive because it has a mobile, buoyant lamp cleaner.

Ultraviolet Disinfectant (Pipeline type)

Device characteristics

  • To clean UV lamp contamination, a high-pressure cleaning facility is provided for convenient maintenance.
  • In addition to the sewage treatment facility, the system can be applied to reuse, and rainwater.
  • The use of an ultraviolet intensity meter can be used to check for lamp failure outside.
  • ※ The UV strength meter is an option.

The principle of ultraviolet light

The principle of ultraviolet light

  • Ultraviolet rays are a physical disinfection method by allowing UV rays to pass through the cell walls of bacteria and be absorbed into the nucleic acid in cells, destroying DNA. There is also no residual toxicity, so there is no secondary contamination after discharge.
  • The TDS level of the processed spill count does not increase.
  • Compared to the use of chemical disinfectants, they are more safe and have a higher oxidation power.
